Seven delightful en-suite chalets, constructed using naturally occurring materials from the surrounding area, give a taste of authenticity without compromising on comfort.

Great care and attention has gone into the chalet design and furnishings. To compliment the spacious bedroom and living area, each room has a large en-suite bathroom providing guests with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay.

The soft furnishings are carefully coordinated with furniture which is made using indigenous materials by local craftsmen.

The reed walls of the chalet are at three-quarter height but can be raised to the full height if required. There are mosquito nets on all beds and coils are used in the evenings. During the cooler months, hot water bottles are used in the beds for cosy warmth.

Each room also enjoys the benefit of a it's own secluded sun garden, complete with outdoor shower for those 'close to nature' moments.

Owner managed, the lodge’s focus is on providing personalized service to each individual client. All in all, Taita Falcon Lodge provides a perfect haven for relaxing in a luxurious, yet friendly environment.

At Taita Falcon Lodge, you set your own pace. You can be as active or as relaxed as you choose. In our sumptuous surroundings, it's simple to take things easy, but we can also fill the days for the most active of guests.

Activity options included in our All-inclusive rates are guided bush & bird walks, short hikes, a cultural village tour, a visit to Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya), a sunset cruise and a Livingstone town tour (including the local market visit and museum entry). You are free to do whichever activity appeals the most.

We can also arrange white-water rafting, scenic flights over the Falls (by helicopter or micro-lite), elephant-back, horse-back, walking or riverboat safaris, abseiling, bungee-jumping and extreme combos! Game drives are also available, either in nearby Mosi-oa-Tunya NP or further afield - including Botswana's Chobe NP.

Or of course, you can simply relax, with your feet up beside our pool, on the viewing deck or in your own private sun garden. You decide.
